Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery is done through PostNL in The Netherlands. Your shipping method is calculated based on weight at checkout.

We usually send your order within 1 or 2 days, if there is a delay, we will notify you. As soon as you receive a message saying your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 1-3 work days in NL, 3-10 days in Belgium. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received an email after a few days.

There is no track and trace unless your have a larger order and you paid for a package. If there is a track and trace code, you receive this with your shipping confirmation. If you don't receive it, this means your order has been sent in an envelope with stamps and we cannot trace it. 
Please be patient, it may take PostNL a bit longer to deliver.

We can not be held responsible if your order gets lost in the mail. We will try to help you, but unfortunately we cannot always replace your order, especially when tracking says it has been delivered.

For orders to Belgium and EU, we send up to 4 bags in an envelope, more will be sent as a package with track and trace, costing €10,50. This is because Belgian postal services have been losing our shipments and this is costing us too much.
